An upper-second-class Honours degree or international equivalent. We also consider applications from professionals who do not have a degree but do have significant HRM-related work experience.
英语要求：Applicants whose first language is not English require IELTS 6.5 or equivalent, with no less than 6.0 in any element.

This programme, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), enables you to develop the knowledge and skills required to pursue a successful career in international human resource management (HRM). It also encourages future and practising managers to take a more integrated approach to the management of human resources.

You take compulsory modules (140 credits) and write a dissertation (40 credits).
